If you're really cutting edge, check out the google code repository for tinypy.
This release includes loads of fixes, a math module, Visual Studio support, and way improved setup.py script.
1.0 - classic 64k version
The announcement is here! Worth reading, it includes links to a really swell OpenGL Tetris demo using tinypy!
If you're interested rummaging around in the dark past of tinypy, you can check out my original repository at svn://www.imitationpickles.org/tinypy/trunk ... Some of the early code is pretty scary. (Not that the current code is exactly child safe, but it's better...)
